Refund policy

Return Policy – Hooked Golf Co. 

At Hooked Golf Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your package.

How to Return an Item

  1. Register Your Return
  2. Return Condition
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
    • We do not accept returns on gift cards.
  3. Shipping Your Return
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For returns within Sweden, a return shipping fee of 79 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

      For international returns, you are free to choose your preferred carrier and will be responsible for the return shipping costs. No additional fees will apply to your refund.

  4. Refund Process
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@hookedgolfco.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
